Lil Soldiers and Teens MMA

Class Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday

Lil Soldiers 4-6yr. old 4:30-5:00pm

Lil Soldiers 7-12yr. old 5-6pm

Class Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Teens MMA 13-17yr. old 6-7pm

 

The Lil Soldiers 4-6yr. old class is a 30 minutes consisting of the fundamentals of martial arts and fun games. The Lil Soldiers 7-12yr. old class is a hour long consisting of striking, grappling, light sparring, and fun games. Teen 13-17yr. old class is an hour long consisting of more situational training and sparring. Youth MMA is practiced for self-defense, anti-bullying, fun fitness, and even competition.

 

MIxed Martial Arts (MMA)

Class Schedule: Monday-Thursday, and Saturday

Adult MMA 7-8:30pm

Open Gym (Saturday) 11-12:30pm

Mixed martial arts (MMA) is a full-contact combat sport that allows both striking and grappling, both standing and on the ground, using techniques from various combat sports and martial arts. The PRESS Forward MMA, MMA class can be practiced for self-defense, general fitness, or competition. 

Combat Sports Strength & Conditioning

Class Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday

S&C 11-12:30pm

 

The PRESS Forward MMA Strength and Conditioning program is specifically designed to increase athletic performance for combat athletes. This program involves 30 minutes of mobility and stretching, 30 minutes of strength and power, and a 30 minute cardio push. There is also a meal plan that is available created by certified fitness nutritionist, Coach Dom, and a registered dietitian (Brandy Rawls). This meal plan will aid those athletes looking to retain energy while cutting weight for competition, increase of energy and performance levels.
